For seven years she was engaged in marketing communications and PR. She has been working in the non-profit sector for the last ten years. She was the head of the PR Department of the Sistema Foundation. Since 2016, she has been the Executive Director of the Donors Forum.
Alexandra participated in the development of a methodology for evaluating corporate social activity for the competition "Leaders of Corporate Philanthropy". She is an expert of a number of corporate grant competitions, as well as the "Presidential grants Foundation". Member of the Association of program and policy evaluators. Member of the Council for the development of social innovations of the Russian Federation territories under the Federation Council of the Federal Council of the Russian Federation. Member of the Board of the Eurasian women's forum of the Federation Council of the Russuan Federation, coordinator of the project "Women in development of corporate philanthropy". Member of the governing Council of the national network of the UN Global Compact.
